What is Cardio-Kick?

Cardio-Kick is a combination of Taekwon-Do and aerobics. It combines all the movements of traditional martial arts with the music, rhythm, and cardiovascular workout of aerobics. |

What type of equipment do I need to start?

No uniforms are required as students participate in workout clothes and sneakers of their choice. The only requirement are gloves and handwraps, which are included in the introductory offer. |

Do I need any martial arts experience?

Absolutely NO martial arts experience is required to begin Cardio-Kick. All that is needed is the desire to get in shape and have fun. |

When are the classes?

Monday - Friday from 7:00-8:00 pm,
Tuesday & Thursday from 8:30-9:30 pm,
and
Saturdays from 9:00 -10:00 am
.

What does it cost?

Cost of the program is $45.00 per month or $7.00 per class.
New members receive boxing gloves, handwraps, t-shirt and one month of classes with the introductory special ($69.00). |

Who teaches the classes?

CARDIO-KICK classes are conducted by Sabumnim Marcello F. Cancelliere, 6th Degree Black Belt and Chief Instructor of Red Tiger Taekwon-do, and staff. Some of his most recent accomplishments are as follows:
- US National Team Coach (Germany 2005)
- World Champion (England 1998 and USA 2002)
- US National Champion (1992, 1997, 1999, 2007)
- US National Team Captain and Member (1997 & 1999)
- Silver Medalist- 11th ITF World Championships, Argentina 1999
- Bronze Medalist - 10th ITF World Championships Russia, 1997
